Directions - From the M1

• Leave M1 motorway at Junction 28, (A38) and follow signs for Mansfield, continue for approximately 4.5 miles towards Mansfield.
   
• At the traffic light junction signposted for Newark A617, turn right.
   
• After approximately 2miles, go straight on at the traffic lights where the A617 crosses the A60.
   
• After approximately 1 mile, take the first exit from the roundabout.
   
• Go straight on at the next roundabout
   
• Go straight on at the traffic lights. Continue for 1 mile, crossing 1 mini roundabout and 1 set of traffic lights. At the 2nd roundabout turn right (2nd exit) onto Crown Farm Way.
   
• Ratcher Way is the 3rd turning on the right - Kingfisher is at the top, on the left.

Directions - From the A1

• Leave the A1 at the junction for Newark, signposted A46 for Leicester and Lincoln.
   
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, A46 for Leicester.
   
• After approximately 1.7 miles, take the 3rd exit from the roundabout, A617 signposted Mansfield.
   
• After approximately 15 miles, take the 2nd exit from the roundabout, A617 signposted Mansfield.
   
• After approximately 1.8 miles, take the 2nd exit from the roundabout, A617 signposted Mansfield.
   
• After approximately 1.2 miles, take the 3rd exit from the roundabout, A617 signposted Mansfield.
   
• Go straight on at the next roundabout and the next 2 sets of traffic lights.
   
• At the next set of traffic lights, turn right.
   
• Continue for 1 mile, crossing 1 mini roundabout and 1 set of traffic lights. At the 2nd roundabout turn right (2nd exit) onto Crown Farm Way.
