Health and safety is of the utmost importance at Kingfisher Lighting and we pride ourselves with taking any and all precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers alike.

Well Stocked…

We have a large Midlands based warehouse holding 120 days of stock. This equates to £2.4m in value and over 1200 SKUs. Our top 20 products account for 62% of the stock held.

Our product ranges are sourced globally with 55% from East Asia (Luceco Group owned factory making up 30% and other 25%), 25% from Europe and the remaining 20% from here in the UK.

Current lead times on certain products have been pushed back 3 weeks from the original due date. We do not feel, at this time, this delay will be passed onto our customers due to our high levels of stock.

Good to Know…

Our in-house Fabrication Team, Assembly Team and large component stocks mean we are able to maintain production of bespoke product requirements.

Our expert Sales Teams will be able to advice on alternative product options held in stock for projects with shorter lead time.

The High Mast and Sports Team installers will follow customer site requirements, as instructed, at all times.

Service & Delivery Commitment…

We are confident our products and equipment are free from contamination and make a commitment to maintain this standard at all times.  We are taking every precaution for all new deliveries including asking delivery drivers to remain in their vehicles and or wear masks when required.

Continued Monitoring…

We will continue to monitor the situation and make any necessary adjustments and actions to ensure we are able to maintain this promise to our customers. We have daily and weekly conference calls with our suppliers to keep up to date on developments.

In the event that any disruptions are predicted and our ability to fulfil customer orders is compromised, we will ensure the line of communication is open and commit to remaining transparent until the matter is resolved.
