Kingfisher is focused on supporting our customers through these trying times. As 2020 draws to a close our priority is, and always will be, to ensure the safety of our employees and customer alike.

We continue work to avoid disruption to our service throughout lighting season, while maintaining a COVID-Safe environment, both on and off site. 

Our Transport Team take into consideration any special delivery procedures in place to help keep all operatives safe. Our fleet drivers have received full training on the secure delivery of products to site and we operate a ‘safe collection’ procedure here at Kingfisher HQ.

                                              

We value time with our customers and thrive on working hand-in-hand on projects to guarantee the best results. During this time, we are limiting physical meetings to those that are deemed to be essential only. We do, however, have excellent online meeting and presentation tools and will continue to present first-class lighting designs, 3D renders, product recommendations, as well as ROI calculations and technical assistance.

As we have done throughout the year, we will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our procedures according, while maintaining our promise to deliver quality products and an outstanding service.
