Continuing Professional Development with the EDA (Electrical Distributors Association) Product Modules.

Quality is at the core of Kingfisher practises from our products to our services, we aim to provide a high-quality experience throughout your journey. Therefore, the Distribution Sales Team have been working hard on several EDA Product Knowledge Modules to boost their knowledge and ensure they can deliver the best advice for all your lighting projects. 

So far, the team have completed 33 modules in total, with 18 workbook submission and 15 online courses. The topics include Introduction to the Principles of Electricity, Lighting (Introduction), Lighting (Systems and Controls) and Customer Service to name but a few.

We’d like to give Andy Campion, our Northern Distribution Sales Representative, a big shout out as he has so far completed 5 modules and is halfway to finish them all, which is a huge achievement and highly recognised at the EDA.

As members of the EDA, we’re dedicated to ensuring staff can offer insight into the latest industry knowledge to help customers along every stage of their lighting journey.
