We are very pleased to announce that we have achieved a successful assessment with the Team from Investors in People for the 26^th year!

With an ethos of ‘Support, Develop, Thrive’ at the heart of internal practices, Kingfisher have championed the personal and professional development of its people for more than three decades.

The Team from IIP have been working with us over the past few months with guidance meetings, online surveys and in-person interviews with the Team at Kingfisher. The results show we all have a passion for our company and growing together with feedback such as;

The assessment has also given us a few things we can work on to improve things over the next year, a challenge which we are already embracing.

This success is a reflection of the embedded core values and ethos of Kingfisher Lighting, our Teams have work hard to support each other and promote a healthy and inclusive working environment.
