We start with a high-build thermosetting epoxy powder coating, electrostatically applied to a preheated surface for strong adhesion and full coverage. Once cured, it forms a thick, durable barrier (250–500 μm) that resists corrosion, chemicals, and abrasive elements.

A secondary high-quality paint layer adds even more protection and a refined finish. Every coating process is audited to exceed industry standards, ensuring consistent performance in the toughest environments.

This finish doesn’t just resist corrosion, actively prevents it, keeping your lighting looking newer for longer and reducing maintenance costs.
