What is the Premier League Stadium Fund?
The Premier League Stadium Fund, formerly known as the Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF), provides financial support to clubs that exist within the football pyramid to improve their facilities for players, fans and officials.
The role of this programme is vital to ensure clubs are able to meet the necessary ground grading criteria required to help them achieve promotions and comply with league requirements. Since 2000, the PLSF has awarded over 5,500 grants, invested more than £193 million, and supported over 1,000 football clubs across the country.
