The Hub Complex forms part of the wider Nansledan development, a growing new community on Cornwall’s north coast designed around sustainability, mixed-use living and long-term placemaking. Bringing together a nursery school, offices, retail and shared workspaces, the scheme required a carefully considered exterior lighting solution that supports people-focused design while complementing the traditional Cornish character of the development.

The luminaires were specified in 3000K to create a warm, welcoming environment, reducing harshness while supporting environmental considerations.
