We have the Investors In People accreditation and have a comprehensive, ongoing training programme in place. Our Lighting Engineers are all qualified to LIF Advanced Level.
The company is organised by department: Technical, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance, with each department head making up the Executive Team.
