People from all over the world celebrate International Women's Day, in recognition of women's economic, cultural and political achievements. We should acknowledge that this day also raises awareness for equality for all throughout the world.

This year’s theme is #breakthebias aiming to inspire a gender equal world. The vision is to promote a world free from prejudice and stereotypes, where diversity is at the core and differences are valued and celebrated.

Kingfisher have always advocated for equal rights, and we believe in creating an inclusive environment for all to thrive in. We have many women in leadership roles across Kingfisher as well as in other roles around every department in the business.
