Our recent efforts have paid dividends with an upgraded achievement through our latest ISO audit.

Kingfisher have a continued focus on providing customers with high quality products and exceptional service. We conduct regular audits in order to demonstrate our commitment to keeping our operations on top form, and provide the best possible solutions to the market.

With any accreditation, it’s not only a challenge to meet the set guidelines but can be even trickier to maintain. With our extensive experience within the industry, we know our business inside out and have successfully renewed three accreditations in Quality Management, Environmental Management and Health and Safety.

ISO9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems

This standard refers to goods and service quality and how we can improve policies and procedures in order to get the best possible results. We have external BSI audits twice a year and internal audits quarterly to guarantee we are on top of our game.

ISO14001:2015 – Environmental Management

The Environmental Management standard confirms our commitment to being an environmentally aware business. We regularly review all potential environmental impacts from raw materials we use in our manufacturing processes, to packaging, all the way to waste disposal and even our delivery fleet. All our HGVs are in fact Euro 6 compliant contributing to the reduction of emission levels and improving fuel economy. We have been working hard to refine our process and are on track to becoming carbon neutral in the next couple of years. 

ISO45001 – Occupational Health and Safety

After 12 months of work, we successfully migrated from OHSAS18001 to ISO45001. This is a fantastic achievement for Kingfisher as it shows our dedication to providing a safe working environment for both our staff in-house and on site.

FORS Bronze

The Kingfisher fleet travels throughout the UK with the main aim of delivering goods to site on time, every time! Our Transport Team are fully qualified in using a variety of specialist equipment ensuring smooth on-site transitions, while our Transport Managers work closely with our customers to ensure all specifications are met.
