We’re taking this time to reflect on last year and the successes we saw!

Accreditation Success

Throughout 2021, the Kingfisher Operations team worked tirelessly to develop systems and ensure continuous improvement in our customer services. As a reflection of their hard work, we successfully migrated to FORS Silver, allowing our fleet to access more sites throughout the UK.

We’ve also achieved many of our other accreditations, including Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. 

Events                                                

After a couple years of online events, it was time to move towards in person events and many of our team were invited to attend. The Kingfisher team attended many trade shows, annual dinners, and seminars. However, it didn’t end there...

Award season was alive and thriving and we were fortunate enough to be invited to attend the prestigious Design London to exhibit our very own art installation ‘Twist and Shout’. In collaboration with London based designers, Studio 29, we created an interactive art installation using our Cinep luminaire. The installation was a very popular part of the event, so much so we were also invited to attend the AHEAD awards later in the year.

International Dark Skies Approved

We also achieved the International Dark Skies Association (IDA) Fixed Seal of Approval; this shows our dedication to developing our range to be dark sky friendly. All products within the IDA Approved range are available in 2700K and produce 0% ULOR. Click here to find out more.
