Customer Satisfaction Survey 2019 – The Results are in…
We are pleased to announce the results are excellent and have shown improvements in all areas on 2018.
We have always prided ourselves on the ethos of providing distinctive products and outstanding service to our customers. For that reason, every year, we invite over 18,000 of our customers to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. This gives us an insight into how our customer feel about our products and services and helps to identify ways in which we can improve.
Firstly, we would like to say a huge thanks you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and appreciate your honesty, constructive advice and overall feedback.
We are very pleased with results and want to share these with you and outline our 2020 plan to make our offering even better.
- 97% of customers feel our service has remained positive or improved over the past year
- We are extremely proud that 94% of customers would recommend working with Kingfisher.
- When asked to describe Kingfisher in 3 word 94% of the responses were positive and complimentary to our teams. Words including, ‘Quality’ ‘Efficient’ ‘Reliable’ ‘Great Value’ and ‘Professional’.
- 92% of our customers are ‘delighted’ or ‘satisfied’ with the service they receive
So, What Happens Next?
As with any business there is always room for improvement, and Kingfisher is no exception. Our customers have made some excellent suggestions on ways in which we can better our products and services.
Products – We have MANY exciting new and improved product lines due to be launched in 2020. With ‘quality’ at the forefront of our development plan, we are developing a number of brand-new products to assist with your projects.
Delivery – We are committed to improving the delivery service and are increasing our fleet to make sure we are getting products to our customers in good time
Product Information – We have recently improved our website and are sharing lots more information with you. 2020 will see new systems in place to make sure you are getting the most up to date product information possible, as well as more informative literature to help you understand the in the ins and outs of our ranges.
Technical Support – We have an expanding team of technical experts in-house, continually working to improve products and accessories, as well as offering training and technical assistance where needed.
In conclusion we are very proud of these results and would, again, like to thank our customers for helping us to offer the best possible service and we are very excited for even better offerings throughout 2020.
